The Nordia 45 is a blue water cruiser with a steel hull and ketch rig. Its lines are unmistakable, typical of these Dutch sailing yachts: a semi-enclosed central cockpit, a transom with Bounty-style portholes, and a wooden bowsprit with decorative features.
The vessel has suffered a leak which has caused partial flooding inside the hull, submerging the engine.
The engine is seized, and the boat requires a general overhaul, particularly of the electrical system, the electronics and all its equipment. The woodwork and floors do not appear to have been affected.
Furthermore, the teak deck has several areas of rust that require attention.

Prior to the leak, the boat was fitted with the following equipment: a hydraulic bow thruster, a hydraulic submersible swim platform, mainsail, mizzen, genoa and jib in good condition, a genoa furler, a in-mast furling mainsail and mizzen, and rigid boom supports.
